Terms for Purchasing Stepvale Premium with Telegram Stars

1. Scope

These terms apply to purchasing digital Stepvale Premium access with Telegram Stars in @StepvaleBot.

Purchases in the Russian Federation paid in rubles via YooKassa are governed by the separate “Premium Purchase Terms”; the Russian text is primary for those sales.

Telegram Stars are payment/virtual units of the Telegram platform under Telegram’s rules. How users obtain Stars is determined by Telegram. Stepvale does not sell Stars themselves to the user.

Stepvale provides Premium after receiving confirmation of successful payment from Telegram.

2. What Premium provides

Premium removes the requirement to watch an ad for actions where users without Premium must do so. The app may still include individual informational or promotional materials that do not require viewing in order to use Premium features.

Premium unlocks expanded statistics and PDF statistics export.

Lumi receives a permanent ×2 experience multiplier without watching ads.

Additional Lumi story scenes are available without leaves or mandatory ad views in supported Premium scenarios.

Purchasing Premium also supports Stepvale's development, but that support is not a separate digital feature or entitlement.

The specific set of Premium features is determined by the current Premium description and app version. Stepvale may develop and modify individual service features subject to the terms of the user's purchased Premium and applicable law. Changes to the feature set do not reduce an already paid Premium term or cancel rights arising from the purchase.

3. Plans and prices (Telegram Stars)

Monthly subscription (30-day subscription) — 150 Stars. Access term: 30 days. Monthly Premium is purchased as a 30-day subscription that auto-renews every 30 days until auto-renewal is turned off.

Premium for 1 year — 1150 Stars. One-time purchase for 365 days. Does not renew automatically.

Premium with no predefined expiration date — 2300 Stars. One-time purchase with no predefined end date for Premium access. There is no automatic renewal.

Premium with no predefined expiration date is not a promise that the app, service, or individual features will exist indefinitely. Any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Stepvale is governed by applicable law and the general Stepvale Terms of Use. This clarification does not limit mandatory user rights or permit arbitrary termination of Premium access already purchased.

A plan name alone does not define renewal: “Premium for 1 year” via Telegram Stars is a one-time purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription.

4. Monthly subscription auto-renewal

Monthly Premium is purchased as a 30-day subscription with automatic renewal every 30 days until auto-renewal is turned off.

You can turn off auto-renewal for a monthly Telegram Stars subscription in the Stepvale app on the Premium screen by selecting “Turn off auto-renewal”.

Turning off auto-renewal does not end the period already paid for. Premium remains active until that period ends.

Turning off auto-renewal is not a refund.

“Premium for 1 year” and “Premium with no predefined expiration date” do not use Stepvale auto-renewal for that purchase.

5. Email and activation

Premium is linked to a verified email address.

The email is verified before purchase in @StepvaleBot.

After purchase, the same email is used in the Stepvale app via “I already have Premium” (or equivalent Premium restore).

You must enter the email correctly and confirm that you control it.

Premium is provided after Stepvale receives confirmation of successful payment from Telegram.

6. Tax and settlement documents

Tax, settlement, and other mandatory documents from Stepvale are formed in the cases, scope, and manner required by applicable law of the Russian Federation.

Information, receipts, or other documents provided by Telegram in connection with acquiring or using Telegram Stars are documents of that platform and do not replace documents Stepvale must form under applicable law.

7. Refunds

Stepvale reviews Premium refund requests. Email support@stepvale.com: include the purchase email, plan, payment date, and a description of the situation. Do not send verification codes or other secret data.

Refunds are provided in the cases and manner required by applicable law, taking into account the payment status, the nature of the digital access provided, technical refund feasibility, and the rules of the relevant payment platform.

If a refund is due and technically available through Telegram, Stepvale may use Telegram’s official Stars refund mechanism.

Do not treat Telegram Support as the primary channel for refunding Stepvale Premium.
