These terms govern purchasing Stepvale Premium using Telegram Stars through the official Stepvale Bot (@StepvaleBot). This document is separate from the YooKassa Premium Purchase Terms for sales in the Russian Federation.
1. Scope
These terms apply to purchasing digital Stepvale Premium access with Telegram Stars in @StepvaleBot.
Purchases in the Russian Federation paid in rubles via YooKassa are governed by the separate Premium Purchase Terms: https://stepvale.com/en/offer (Russian text is primary for those sales).
Telegram Stars are payment/virtual units of the Telegram platform under Telegram’s rules. How users obtain Stars is determined by Telegram. Stepvale does not sell Stars themselves to the user.
Stepvale provides Premium after receiving confirmation of successful payment from Telegram.
2. What Premium provides
The only current Premium benefit: you are not required to watch a rewarded ad for in-app choices that otherwise require one.
Premium does not promise the complete absence of any ads or ad SDK on the device and does not add new app features unless separately described in the current app.
3. Plans and prices (Telegram Stars)
Monthly subscription (30-day subscription) — 150 Stars. Access term: 30 days. Monthly Premium is purchased as a 30-day subscription that auto-renews every 30 days until auto-renewal is turned off.
Premium for 1 year — 1150 Stars. One-time purchase for 365 days. Does not renew automatically.
Lifetime Premium — 2300 Stars. One-time purchase. Access is provided with no expiration. There is no automatic renewal.
A plan name alone does not define renewal: “Premium for 1 year” via Telegram Stars is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.

4. Monthly subscription auto-renewal
Monthly Premium is purchased as a 30-day subscription with automatic renewal every 30 days until auto-renewal is turned off.
Turning off auto-renewal does not end the period already paid for. Premium remains active until that period ends.
Turning off auto-renewal is not a refund.
“Premium for 1 year” and “Lifetime Premium” do not use Stepvale auto-renewal for that purchase.
5. Email and activation
Premium is linked to a verified email address.
The email is verified before purchase in @StepvaleBot.
After purchase, the same email is used in the Stepvale app via “I already have Premium” (or equivalent Premium restore).
You must enter the email correctly and confirm that you control it.
Premium is provided after Stepvale receives confirmation of successful payment from Telegram.
6. Tax and settlement documents
Tax, settlement, and other mandatory documents from Stepvale are formed in the cases, scope, and manner required by applicable law of the Russian Federation.
Information, receipts, or other documents provided by Telegram in connection with acquiring or using Telegram Stars are documents of that platform and do not replace documents Stepvale must form under applicable law.
7. Refunds
Stepvale decides Premium refund questions. Email support@stepvale.com: include the purchase email, plan, payment date, and a description of the situation. Do not send verification codes or other secret data.
Requests are reviewed considering the nature of the service, payment status, technical refund feasibility, the rules of the relevant payment platform, and applicable law.
If a refund is approved and technically available, Stepvale may use Telegram’s official Stars refund mechanism.
Do not treat Telegram Support as the primary channel for refunding Stepvale Premium.
