These Premium Purchase Terms describe the one-time Stepvale Premium agreement. For sales in the Russian Federation, the Russian “Публичная оферта” is the legally primary text; this English page is a convenience translation and must not contradict it. Purchase is offered in the Stepvale Android app when Google Play reports country RU.
1. Seller
Seller: Белавин Сергей Андреевич.
Status: Taxpayer under the professional income tax regime (self-employed).

2. Subject
The subject is a lifetime digital Stepvale Premium entitlement in the Stepvale app.
Premium is not a subscription, does not auto-renew, and does not require recurring payments.
3. What Premium provides
The only current Premium benefit: you are not required to watch a rewarded ad for in-app choices that otherwise require one.
Premium does not promise the complete absence of any ads or ad SDK on the device, does not add new gameplay features, and does not promise future benefits unless separately described in the current app.
4. Price and purchase type
Price: 199 RUB. The price is set server-side by Stepvale.
The purchase is one-time. It is not a subscription and has no automatic renewal.
5. Purchase flow
You verify email with a one-time code, create an authenticated Premium account, start a payment, and pay via YooKassa.
Premium activates only after Stepvale’s server confirms a successful payment (re-fetch from YooKassa and validation of amount, currency, and metadata). The payment return page alone does not grant Premium.
6. When Premium is provided
Premium is provided when Stepvale’s server records a successful payment and activates the entitlement.
If the app status updates with a delay, return to the app and refresh Premium status.
7. Restoring Premium
Premium can be restored with the same verified email and OTP flow used for purchase, while the Premium account exists.
8. NPD receipt
As an NPD taxpayer, the seller forms a receipt in “My Tax” («Мой налог») and provides it to the buyer.
The receipt uses the full settlement amount of 199 RUB (not reduced by YooKassa fees) and the item name “Stepvale Premium — бессрочный доступ”.
Your verified email may be used to deliver the receipt and related transactional information. This is not marketing.
9. Support
For purchase help, receipt delivery or re-send, Premium restore, and related requests, email support@stepvale.com.
10. Refunds
For refund questions, email support@stepvale.com. Requests are reviewed considering the purchase circumstances and applicable Russian law.
Deleting a Premium account is not by itself a refund request.
11. Account deletion
You can delete the Premium account in the app or via the account-deletion page on the Stepvale website.
Deletion removes server identity and Premium entitlement; it does not automatically refund a successful payment.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
Nothing here is intended to waive mandatory consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.
