Account deletion
Stepvale Premium uses an email-based account on Stepvale servers for purchase confirmation and restore. Core gameplay does not require that account. This page explains how to delete the Premium account.
1. In the Stepvale app
- Open Profile → Settings.
- Choose “Delete Premium account”.
- Read the consequences, request a confirmation code, enter the code from your email, then tap “Delete account”.
2. If the app is unavailable
- Email support@stepvale.com from the address linked to your Premium account.
- Ask to delete your Stepvale Premium account.
- Stepvale may ask for verification so someone else cannot delete your account.
What deletion does and does not do
- Server identity, sessions, confirmation codes, and Premium entitlement are removed.
- Tasks, goals, notes, and world progress stored on your device are not wiped by this server deletion.
- Account deletion is not a payment refund.
- Minimal anonymized payment records may remain for dispute handling and accounting (no email on those rows).
